What You'll Do As a Commercial Lines Producer, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners by identifying risk exposures and developing customized insurance strategies. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new commercial business through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and prospecting.
  • Build and manage a profitable book of middle-market commercial clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify coverage gaps.
  • Design and present customized insurance and risk management solutions.
  • Collaborate with account managers, marketing specialists, underwriters, and carrier partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Negotiate coverage, pricing, and placement strategies with carrier partners.
  • Conduct annual policy reviews and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive service and consultative guidance.
  • Consistently achieve new business and revenue objectives.
What We're Looking For
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Proven success in Commercial Lines insurance sales.
  • Experience developing and managing commercial client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of commercial property, casualty, liability, workers' compensation, umbrella, and related coverages.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across agency teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with middle-market commercial accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce, AMS360, Applied Epic, or other agency management systems.
  • Existing professional network within the Dallas-Fort Worth business community.
