As a HUB Insurance Sales Producer, you will prospect for business based on your local networks, connections, and communities. This role is vital to our success in all our product lines 6 from personal, commercial, employee benefits, and other coverages. As a HUB Producer, you will be supported by the HUB International corporate office and regional offices with the opportunity to create your own entrepreneurial journey. Given the responsibilities of this position, HUB is offering a compensation structure of base pay + commission. The expected base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $250,000 per year and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate9s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position9s business line, scope and level. In addition, this position is eligible for commission, which will bewholly derivedfrom the successful candidate9s closed sales transactions.The commission structure variesbyscope of work and book of business. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits such as vacation, sick, personal, floatingholidaysand company holidays. In addition, eligible annual bonuses,equityand commissions may be available for some positions.
