Lead a commercial HVAC service operation with responsibility for technician leadership, technical service operations, customer relationships, and branch performance.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION:
Leadership: Proven experience leading/managing a team of technicians.
Team Management: Experience overseeing technician workload, performance, scheduling, training, or development.
Customer-Facing: Comfortable working directly with commercial customers and resolving service issues.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION:
