Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Commercial HVAC/R service.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Dependable and self-motivated, can work independently.
• Bonus: NATE certification, EMS/controls experience, OSHA training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems including walk-ins and rooftop units.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on systems.
• Handle service calls independently with clear communication.
• Build client trust by providing lasting solutions.
• Log jobs accurately in ServiceTitan and order parts as needed.
