Commercial Electrical Foreman

Job Title: Commercial Electrical Foreman
Company: Elemental Commercial Services
Location: Denver Metro / Front Range, Colorado, with travel to surrounding states
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
Travel: Required for out-of-state jobs
Position Summary

This is a hands-on field leadership role for a proven electrical foreman who can run work, lead from the front, and hold the line on safety, schedule, workmanship, and accountability. The right candidate has strong commercial and industrial experience, understands tenant improvement and ground-up commercial work, and can step into data center environments with confidence. This role also supports preconstruction by assisting estimators with bid reviews and scope evaluation from plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise field crews on commercial, industrial, tenant improvement, commercial new construction, and data center projects
  • Build, lead, train, and mentor electricians and apprentices in the field
  • Plan daily and weekly work to maintain production, quality, and schedule performance
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, one-lines, panel schedules, and electrical plans
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and installation sequencing
  • Manage layout, rough-in, trim, feeders, branch circuits, lighting, controls, gear, and equipment installation
  • Maintain jobsite safety, code compliance, and quality control standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, vendors, and other trades
  • Identify field issues early and drive practical solutions before they impact schedule or cost
  • Assist estimators with bid support from plans, including takeoffs, scope reviews, and constructability input
  • Manage inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities
  • Travel as required for out-of-state work
