What You'll Do:
Lead & Grow the Division- Provide strategic leadership for the PD Construction division, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, architects, and commercial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives.
Oversee Commercial Construction Operations- Provide oversight for commercial remodeling and tenant improvement projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards.
- Support project teams in resolving challenges and maintaining exceptional client experiences.
Drive Financial Performance- Monitor departmental budgets, forecasting, job costing, and profitability.
- Review project financials, estimates, and contracts to ensure sound business decisions.
- Implement strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and overall performance.
Develop High-Performing Teams- Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build organizational capability to support current operations and future growth.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Existing network of commercial construction contacts throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
- Experience with estimating, project management, and commercial construction operations.
