As the Commercial Agreements & Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our growth and business success. Through your strategic leadership, you will be instrumental in developing winning strategies that strengthen our market position and business performance, while designing commercial models that maximize profitability and support a sustainable, competitive customer experience.
You will act as a trusted business partner to Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring pricing strategies are aligned with market dynamics and business priorities while providing leadership across cross-functional initiatives.
What you'll do
• Provide motivational leadership to your team by fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies designed to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Structure, negotiate, and optimize strategic commercial agreements.
• Ensure rigorous execution of action plans, adherence to timelines, and achievement of business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and recommend relevant pricing adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Leverage data to generate actionable, results-oriented recommendations. Prepare executive-level presentations and effectively communicate insights and opportunities to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally while exercising influential leadership to ensure commercial alignment and consistency across the organization.
• Guide the evolution of analytical tools, processes, and dashboards to enhance information quality and support data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to budget planning and ongoing financial performance monitoring.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving initiatives that create long-term business value.
What we're looking for
• 3-6 years of experience in pricing management, commercial analysis, or a related field, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Bilingual in French and English (to support Canadian and international partners).
• Strong analytical capabilities and a high level of comfort working with data.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, influence decision-makers, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions in a matrix environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
