Overview

BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Senior Collection Operations Manager supporting the Collection Support Technician mission for the DIA Directorate for Operations. This position provides technical and operational support to DO Desk Officers, administers controlled-operation management systems, maintains source and platform records, and develops financial and operational documentation required to execute sensitive HUMINT activities.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as senior technical and operational support to the assigned DO Desk Officer and provide authoritative guidance on branch and division support processes.
  • Serve as the Generation 2 Global Controlled Operation Management System organizational coordinator, or support successor systems, overseeing account management, Adaptive Access Control, and user support.
  • Act as the division or branch Operational Source Manager and maintain accurate source data within G2G or its successor system.
  • Maintain detailed records of operational requirements and platform capabilities; provide mission guidance, follow-up feedback, and performance support to assigned platforms.
  • Prepare, edit, review, and coordinate FINPLANs, funding and disbursement requests, Intelligence Contingency Funds vouchers, standard operating procedures, operating directives, and related platform documentation.
  • Operate and maintain SharePoint and any Government-designated follow-on collaboration capability.
  • Track completed products for monthly reporting and ensure documentation is accurate, current, and properly formatted.
  • Lead quality control and resolve routine or complex corrections within Government-established timelines.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific laborcategory with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Active TS/SCI with an ability to obtain a CI Polygraph (TS/SCI CI Poly clearance Preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining SharePoint.
  • Senior-level experience supporting controlled HUMINT operations, operational documentation, source management, or related mission support.
  • Ability to perform the full task set with minimal oversight and provide guidance to other personnel.
  • Work is performed in support of DIA Directorate for Operations mission requirements and may involve classified systems and information.
  • Must comply with applicable DoD, DIA, Intelligence Community, security, records-management, and information-handling requirements.
  • Must be able to work independently in a high-tempo operational environment, manage competing priorities, and meet Government-directed timelines.
  • Must communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, and produce accurate, properly formatted deliverables.
  • May be required to attend Government-approved functional training, workshops, meetings, or conferences and to perform other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in finance, accounting, business administration, operations research, or program and project evaluation.
  • Experience with G2G, Adaptive Access Control, operational source management, ICF processes, or successor systems.
  • Completion of relevant Government functional training, including OSO, G2G, or local ICF technician training.
