Full Job Description

Your journey as a Cloud Reliability Analyst starts here! In this role, you will ensure the reliability, availability, and operational health of our Public Cloud, Government Cloud, and enterprise cloud environments. You will monitor systems, respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and execute scheduled operational activities. This position features a fixed four-day schedule, with 10-hour shifts, including weekend coverage to provide extended operational support. We are seeking applicants with strong troubleshooting skills, cloud technology experience, and the ability to work independently during extended shifts.

Work Schedule

  • You will work one of two established four-day schedules: Thursday through Sunday or Saturday through Tuesday, consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week.
  • Weekend coverage is required to ensure operational reliability during periods of limited traditional staffing.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Monitor production cloud environments, application logs, system health, and operational alerts; investigate and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
  • Execute scheduled production activities, maintenance tasks, deployments, and other approved operational procedures during assigned coverage hours, including weekends.
  • Respond to operational requests and incidents affecting Public Cloud, Government Cloud, and enterprise environments, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and resolution.
  • Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across cloud-hosted services, coordinating with engineering, development, infrastructure, or security teams when escalation is required.
  • Support the reliability and availability of cloud services by identifying recurring issues, documenting findings, and recommending operational or process improvements.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to implement automation that reduces manual effort, improves consistency, and increases operational reliability.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles to support repeatable and compliant production operations.

What You Will Likely Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in cloud operations, infrastructure operations, application support, production support, or a related technical field.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience administering or supporting Microsoft Azure, AWS, or comparable public cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory or comparable identity and access management technologies.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS applications, ERP applications, or other enterprise software environments.
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services, preferably Microsoft Azure; experience with AWS or comparable cloud technologies is also relevant.
  • Experience supporting containerized applications and cloud technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Cosmos DB, or similar services.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze application logs, monitoring data, alerts, and system behavior to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to automate or improve routine operational tasks using scripting, tooling, or established automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently during extended coverage periods while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Range:

Minimum: $94,000 USD Maximum: $151,000 USD
