We are looking for a
Cloud Computing Engineer to Join our
Blue Bell, PA based infrastructure team in supporting our many customers around the United States. The ideal candidate will be a strong cloud engineer with a background in Azure and AWS at the enterprise level. Experience managing container-based deployments and administering Kubernetes for orchestration is required.
Core Responsibility:- Design, deployment and support of projects in AWS and Azure Cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Design, deployment and support of cloud container environments with Docker and Kubernetes (both net new and migrations).
- Working hand-in-hand with customer and/or internal teams and supporting/modifying cloud environments to support application development efforts.
- Automating deployment and management of Azure workloads via API, integration tools, or other methods.
- Scripting with python, ruby, bash, powershell, etc.
- Managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Maintain and grow excellent technical skillset as well as obtaining current certifications in areas of subject matter expertise.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills; ability to clearly articulate technical requirements and relate them to business objectives
- Demonstrated experience operating as a facilitator with excellent verbal and written communications.
Previous Experience:- 10+ years of experience in IT field with 5+ working with Azure and AWS.
- Solid experience with Azure and AWS services (IAAS and PAAS).
- 2 years' experience implementing end to end cloud solutions at enterprise level.
- Experience in defining and implementing Cloud Adoption and Migration of on-premises workload to AWS/Azure cloud providers.
- Solid grasp of cloud design in the areas of virtualization and global infrastructure, distributed systems, load balancing, scalability, and security.
- Strong working knowledge Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of application development processes, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience deploying Infrastructure as Code, and working with Version Control Systems.
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines is a major plus.
- One or more certifications in Azure/AWS preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
