Who We Are Looking ForWe're looking for an experienced individual with a strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the CLO Compliance Analysis team, you will work closely with our product groups, performing the day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business. Services include but not limited to data collection, reconciliation, client driven reporting.
What You'll Be Doing- Model compliance tests as defined in legal documents onto in-house systems.
- Interpret legal documents including indentures and credit agreements.
- Create waterfall calculations as well as borrowing base calculations according to legal documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and modeling differences.
- Create innovative solutions based upon understanding of clients' needs, market conditions, and/or technical expertise.
- Lead client-specific projects to ensure timely and quality delivery of models.
- Train and share knowledge with junior analysts.
- Create training and procedural documents.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in financial modeling, CLO compliance, or related analytical roles.
- Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents in order to create calculations for financial models.
- Advanced knowledge of CLO compliance calculations and financial modeling.
- Experienced with CDO/CLO waterfall calculations and/or borrowing base calculations.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
