Full Job Description
Compensation and role design:
Base pay:$105,500.00 - $115,500.00/year. Annual performance bonus potential up to $5,000. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications.
Bonus:Up to $10,000 sign on bonus, based on start date and location.
Support and training: Deep onboarding and ongoing training in our ESDM-based care model, with close clinical leadership support
In some cases, candidates may be offered an Associate Clinical Trainer role, designed as a developmental pathway to the Clinical Trainer position. In this role, individuals will build proficiency in Soar's care model while managing a small caseload and supervising practicum students, before progressing into the Clinical Trainer role.

What you will be doing:
The Clinical Trainer is responsible for new trainee (BT/RBT) growth and development at one to two local centers after trainees complete one week of centralized training
Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations for new and existing RBTs
Support 3-4 case supervisors as they grow their clinical and decision making skills
Provide weekly hours of billable supervision, focused on providing supervision to trainees during their first 6 weeks at Soar, and case supervisors preparing for the BCBA exam
Host weekly group training and discussion sessions for new trainees at their home center
Build trainees skill sets in ESDM practices and ABA strategies, including joint activity routines, responding to challenging behavior, data collection/documentation, and evidence based teaching strategies
Completes monthly STNH ESDM Fidelity Checks for RBTs
Hosts a section of the MDC bi-weekly to monthly that communicates with BCBAs what is needed from them to ensure adherence to supervision requirements
Organize and host quarterly, center-level continuing education events for BCBAs and RBTs
Collaborate with the Partner Clinician and Center Operations Director regarding RBT performance and needed performance improvement initiatives
Act as a clinical leader in the center on days when the Partner Clinician is not present
Achieve ESDM certification within 2 years of starting your role as a Clinical Trainer

What You Have
Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
