This Clinical Supervisor - Registered Nurse position offers an exciting opportunity to support a growing Dermatology team by providing clinical leadership, coordinating daily functions, and fostering a high-quality patient care environment. In this role, you will utilize your nursing expertise while guiding and supporting the clinical team, promoting collaboration, efficiency, and exceptional patient experiences.

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and collaborative nursing professional with strong leadership and communication skills who is passionate about dermatologic care and committed to excellence, team development, and continued growth.

Summary:
This position is responsible for supervising MA, RN, PSR staff within the practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: BSN preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Active State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS certification.
  3. Experience: 2+ years of RN experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and standards, medical procedures, tests, and clinical/clerical skills necessary to perform all functions and assist physicians. Knowledge of pharmacology is desirable.
  5. Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact effectively with patients, families, and other health care providers
  6. Analytical ability sufficient to identify patients at risk and initiate appropriate action.
  7. Ability to identify potential crisis situations involving patients and/or families, and to plan strategies for managing these situations when they arise.
  8. Analytical ability required gathering and interpreting information necessary to resolve problems in an accurate and timely manner. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.
  9. Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite applications such as Word and Excel.
  10. Strong communication and organizational skills
  11. Proven experience in a customer service environment.
  12. Skills in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising
  13. Ability to maintain a professional manner even under stressful situations

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $89,980.80 to $121,721.60 per year.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
