Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum of three years professional experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
• Strong leadership and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized programs for clients aged 14 months and older in natural environments.
• Supervise the direct care team's implementation of treatment plans and monitor their effectiveness.
• Schedule and conduct monthly community visits with caregivers to review program outcomes.
• Administer assessments and provide training to Behavior Technicians, interns, and mid-level supervisors.
• Conduct RBT competency assessments and provide supervision in compliance with BACB standards.
• Communicate client needs through monthly meetings with the chief clinical officer.
• Participate in recruitment activities, including interviewing potential hires and job fairs.
