Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Three years of professional experience in ABA methodologies is essential.
• Experience working with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities is necessary.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized programs for clients aged 14 months and older in diverse, natural contexts.
• Oversee the implementation of client treatment plans by the direct care team to ensure quality and consistency.
• Schedule and conduct monthly community visits with caregivers to assess program progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide assessments, feedback, and training to staff, interns, and parents in naturalistic settings.
• Administer RBT competency assessments and provide supervision per BACB guidelines.
• Collaborate monthly with the chief clinical officer to address client needs and program effectiveness.
• Participate in corporate initiatives, including hiring, training, and leading clinical supervisor meetings twice a year.
