About the Role

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for an autonomous, flexible role where you can make a meaningful, long-term impact?

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our clients team in Camarillo. In this role, you will oversee adult clients (ages 18 to elderly), managing a manageable caseload while working closely with families, day programs, and support teams.

Whether you have extensive experience with adult populations or are a seasoned BCBA coming from a pediatric background who is excited to transition into adult services, they provide the training, structure, and support to help you succeed!

Key Responsibilities
  • Caseload Management: Oversee approximately 30 adult cases (translating to roughly 3-4 client reviews/supervisions per day) to maintain 35 billable hours/week.
  • Clinical Oversight: Perform monthly Indirect Reviews (session notes, follow-ups) and direct/team Supervision in 2-hour blocks per client.
  • Direct Intervention & Territory Growth: Comfortably provide some direct intervention as needed while actively helping build out the caseload in the Camarillo area.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner regularly with a diverse network of support systems, including parents, housing facilities, day centers, and interventionists.
  • Team Shadowing & Support: Overlap with Behavioral Interventionists (BIs) and conduct monthly team check-ins.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Experience:
    • 1-3+ years of experience as a BCBA or Associate BCBA (conducting reports, evaluations, and assessments).
    • Strong self-starter who thrives in an independent, low-micromanagement environment.
  • Population Interest: Must be excited and passionate about working with the adult/elderly population. (Prior adult experience is a plus, but pediatric BCBAs looking to transition are welcome!)
  • Clinical Skills: Confident in conducting comprehensive evaluations, writing reports, and implementing behavior plans.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to accommodate client availability (typical core availability between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; occasional evening needs up to 7:00 PM).
  • Systems Familiarity: Comfortable learning or using clinical management software such as Catalyst and Insora .

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
    • 1-2 Years / Associate Level: $85,000
    • 2-3 Years: $85,000 - $90,000
    • 3-5+ Years: $90,000 - $95,000
