Full Job Description
Summary

While performing duties related to St. Clair Hospital, this position is responsible for the provision clinical pharmacy services in support of organizational goals and objectives. Works to support and facilitate optional patient outcomes through safe, cost-effective drug therapies. Works with the Director of Pharmacy to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and acceptable standards of practice. May perform duties of a staff pharmacist.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
  2. Completion of an accredited post-graduate year 1 (PGY1) residency or 3 years of comparable health system pharmacy experience.
  3. Pennsylvania licensed pharmacist or eligible for licensure within 60 days of hire.


Preferred Qualifications
  1. Completion of an accredited hospital-related post-graduate year 2 (PGY2) residency.
  2. Board of Pharmacy Specialties certified.
  3. Two years of experience in a health system pharmacy clinical position.
