Qualifications
Required Education- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Required Licensure- Current Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
Preferred Experience- Two or more years of clinical pharmacist experience.
- Completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency preferred.
Preferred Certifications- Pharmacists practicing in Missouri must obtain a Medication Therapy Services Certificate issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
