This Clinical Nursing Manager role is ideal for an experienced Massachusetts RN who wants to lead field nurses, strengthen psychiatric home health operations, and help expand access to compassionate, Joint Commission-accredited care across the state.
The RoleOur Nursing Managers are both clinical leaders and team builders. In this role, you will:
- Oversee patient care operations and ensure clinical excellence.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between field nurses, physicians, and community partners.
- Coach, mentor and manage nursing staff, creating a strong and supportive team culture.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions that improve care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold our Joint Commission-accredited standards.

Qualifications- Active Massachusetts RN license with at least five (5) years of nursing experience
- Prior management experience preferred
- BSN from an accredited college or university
- BLS CPR Certification
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and governing laws
- Proficiency with office and compliance management software
