Qualifications

• Active MA RN or LPN license required
• 2+ years in a clinical supervisor or leadership role preferred
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations and infection control standards
• Current CPR certifications (BLS and ACLS) mandatory
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
