QUALIFICATIONS- Active Registered Nurse credential
- BSN Degree
Experience caring for patients with complex chronic disease is highly preferred.
PAY: $70,000-$94,000 annual salary

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLINICAL NURSE NAVIGATORThis is a full-time nursing position working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
As our Clinical Nurse Navigator, you'll help ensure patients receive coordinated, efficient, and compassionate care. You'll assess patient needs, review clinical information, prepare charts for consultations and procedures, and collaborate with providers and care teams to promote clinical readiness. You'll serve as a trusted guide, helping patients navigate next steps, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their experience with MIPS.
