Clinical Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery/ Post Partum and Neonatal ICU Full Time Evenings

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
• BCLS certification
• EFM certification within a month of start date
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Previous leadership experience as charge nurse or supervisor preferred
• NICU experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations in Labor and Delivery and Post Partum units
• Oversee patient care and ensure adherence to best practices
• Lead and mentor nursing staff during evening shifts
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Facilitate staff training and development initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate patient care quality and safety
