Role Overview:
Work reciprocally with GU Medicine Nursing Team on plan of care based on evidence and guideline standards, assists in creating a personalized plan of care jointly with the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrates understanding of nurse sensitive indicators (CAUTI, CLABSI, HAPU, Falls, Extravasation, patient satisfaction, Retained Foreign Objects, etc) and associated data trends at the unit level. Seeks opportunities to improve unit-based nursing practice and
Key Qualifications:
NYS RN license, BSN
BLS, ACLS
Minimum of 1.5 + years of related clinical experience GU Medicine Nursing preferred
Surgical oncology experience and related certification highly preferred
