Under general supervision, the Clinical Manager is responsible for the management and direction of health care services at The Sylvestry. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, Virginia Department of Social Services and Fairfax County regulations and TS facility policy and procedures to achieve quality health care. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia. BSN highly preferred.
- A minimum of five years medical experience with at least two years as a supervisor in Assisted Living Facility (ALF), Long Term Care Facility, or hospital.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Computer skills required.
- Conversant in current regulatory requirements for ALFs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- UAI / ISP certification preferred.
- Management background preferred.
- Experience with geriatrics preferred.
