Salary Range: $85,000 -$92,000 annually, based on experience

Clinical EMR Specialist, RN who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and finding better ways to work. This role is ideal for a nurse who understands clinical workflows and is excited to make an impact through EMR optimization, data, training, compliance, and technology.
What You'll Do- Serve as a clinical and functional EMR expert.
- Improve workflows, documentation, and system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex EMR issues and recommend solutions.
- Develop reports, dashboards, audits, and analytics.
- Support documentation quality, HIPAA, and compliance efforts.
- Train and support clinical and administrative teams.
- Partner with leaders and vendors on EMR improvements.
- Explore AI, automation, and emerging technologies that support smarter operations.
What We're Looking For- Current RN license required.
- 2+ years of healthcare software or EMR experience preferred.
- MatrixCare experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology, data, and process improvement.
- Organized, collaborative, proactive, and eager to help others succeed.
