Clinical Director who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence. As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through exceptional patient care, and inspirational Clinical Leadership to our team of clinicians.
Location: - 2101 S Arlington Heights Rd Suite #116 & Suite #185, Arlington Heights, IL 60005
In this role, you will: - Oversee the clinical operations and staffing for our Arlington Heights clinic location.
- Manage a small caseload, providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Unified Protocol) to clients attending individual therapy while demonstrating excellent management, retention, and termination of clients on caseload
- Training: A minimum of one monthly individual supervision for each fully licensed staff (including clinical supervisors)
- Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly organizational training
- Group Supervision: Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly group supervision
Minimum Requirements: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical leadership role
- Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with any of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
- Passion for patient-centered care

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Arlington Heights)
