Title: Clinical Contracts and Program Development Manager
Job Duties: Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Contracts
, the Clinical Contracts and Program Development Manager provides clinical, programmatic, and regulatory expertise to support the Contracts Department in the review and development of contracts, Statements of Work, proposals, and other contractual requirements. The position applies clinical training and knowledge of healthcare and behavioral health services, regulatory requirements, and program operations to support contract review, proposal development and planning, regulatory analysis, and other Contracts Department activities.
Qualifications: - Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline.
- Current California licensure or registration as a mental health professional or Associate, as applicable, including LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, AMFT, ASW, or APCC.
- 2 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, mental health, social services, or a related service-delivery environment.
- 2 years of experience with contracts, proposals, program development, regulatory compliance, or healthcare operations preferred.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$110,000-$128,000 USD
