The purpose of the Clinical Contract Monitor (Pharmacy) is to oversee and ensure the quality, compliance, and clinical effectiveness of pharmacy services within a privatized healthcare system by providing expert monitoring, regulatory guidance, vendor training, and support. This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves. JOB DUTIES: - Regulatory Expertise: Manage compliance with key Florida statutes and administrative codes governing pharmaceutical services. - Pharmacy Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports using the Pharmacy Monitoring Tool to ensure service quality and contract adherence. - Clinical Pharmaceutical Consultation: Provide expert clinical guidance to Regional Health Services Monitoring Staff and act as a Clinical Monitor across a privatized healthcare system. - Vendor Support & Training: Lead training and support initiatives for medical and pharmacy vendors to optimize pharmacy service delivery.
