Each selected manager will fully own and direct the operations, team, and quality of care at one assigned health center location.

This role requires a blend of strong financial oversight, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and a passion for community health safety-net populations.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations & Infrastructure
  • Direct daily operations, logistics, and multi-specialty clinical workflow (Medical, Dental, Mental Health, Optometry).
  • Maintain optimal patient access, driving down phone wait times, waiting room delays, and registration processing.
  • Provide on-site administrative leadership during standard business hours and maintain 24/7 availability for urgent facility emergencies (e.g., power outages, vaccine storage transfers).

Financial & Revenue Management
  • Drive clinic profitability by meeting or exceeding revenue goals, managing expenditure budgets, and maximizing provider productivity.
  • Proactively identify operational or financial shortfalls and implement immediate corrective action plans.

People & Team Leadership
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, daily workflow management, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Align workforce capacity with patient flow to ensure optimal day-to-day productivity and morale.

Compliance, Auditing & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure strict adherence to clinic licensing, payor program requirements, and regulatory standards to maintain high audit scores.
