Job Title: Clinic Manager (FQHC / Primary Care)
Location Openings: 4 Individual Site Openings (Los Angeles, Bell, Harbor City, Wilmington)
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (plus on-call availability for facility emergencies)
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 / year (Commensurate with experience)
Position Overview We are seeking dedicated, operationally minded
Clinic Managers to lead primary care operations at our expanding network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). To ensure operational excellence and high patient access, we are transitioning to a single-site leadership model. Each selected manager will fully own and direct the operations, team, and quality of care at one assigned health center location.
This role requires a blend of strong financial oversight, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and a passion for community health safety-net populations.
Available Locations Candidates will be assigned to one primary clinic site (occasional travel to our central administrative office in Alhambra, CA may be required):

Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations & Infrastructure - Direct daily operations, logistics, and multi-specialty clinical workflow (Medical, Dental, Mental Health, Optometry).
- Maintain optimal patient access, driving down phone wait times, waiting room delays, and registration processing.
- Provide on-site administrative leadership during standard business hours and maintain 24/7 availability for urgent facility emergencies (e.g., power outages, vaccine storage transfers).
Financial & Revenue Management - Drive clinic profitability by meeting or exceeding revenue goals, managing expenditure budgets, and maximizing provider productivity.
- Proactively identify operational or financial shortfalls and implement immediate corrective action plans.
People & Team Leadership - Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, daily workflow management, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
- Align workforce capacity with patient flow to ensure optimal day-to-day productivity and morale.
Compliance, Auditing & Quality Assurance - Ensure strict adherence to clinic licensing, payor program requirements, and regulatory standards to maintain high audit scores.
- Lead Quality Management initiatives (QI/QA, Utilization Management, Credentialing/Privileging).
- Review and approve site-level operational and quality reports to align with changing health care regulations.
Strategy & Community Engagement - Resolve operational bottlenecks and build collaborative local community partnerships to support patient acquisition and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive management or operational leadership experience within a Primary Care clinic and/or FQHC environment.
- Clinical Credential: Must hold an active clinical license or certification (e.g., Medical Assistant diploma/certification, LVN, RN, or equivalent clinical credential).
- Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated experience managing site headcounts, driving provider productivity, and handling complex operational/interpersonal conflicts.
- Bilingual Skills: Conversational or fluent Spanish is preferred (not required).
