  • Oversee daily operations of three gastroenterology clinic locations, ensuring appropriate staffing and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and manage clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Partner with physicians and healthcare professionals to support efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS guidelines.
  • Assist with the development and management of clinic budgets, monitor expenses, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee clinic facilities and equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care quality.

Minimm Qlifictions
