We re seeking n experience Clinic Mnger to oversee the y-to-y opertions of for bsy gstroenterology clinics. This position is responsible for ensring efficient clinic opertions, spporting high-qlity ptient cre, mintining regltory complince, n proviing effective leership to clinicl n ministrtive stff.

The sccessfl cnite will hve strong helthcre mngement experience, excellent leership n commniction skills, n the bility to work collbortively with physicins, stff, n orgniztionl leership in fst-pce helthcre environment.

• Oversee the ily opertions of three gstroenterology clinic loctions, ensring pproprite stffing, workflow, n opertionl efficiency.
• Spervise n mnge clinicl n ministrtive stff, excling proviers, incling scheling, trining, coching, performnce mngement, n employee evelopment.
• Prtner with physicins, nrses, n other helthcre professionls to spport efficient clinic opertions n high-qlity ptient cre.
• Implement n mintin policies, proceres, n opertionl stnrs to ensre complince with pplicble regltory reqirements, incling HIP, OSH, n CMS gielines.
• ssist with the evelopment n mngement of clinic bgets, monitor expenses, n ientify opportnities to improve opertionl n finncil performnce.
• Oversee clinic fcilities n eqipment n coorinte repirs, mintennce, n other opertionl nees in timely mnner.
• Spport qlity ssrnce n continos improvement inititives to promote ptient sfety, qlity of cre, n consistent clinic opertions.
• Promote excellent ptient service by monitoring ptient stisfction, ressing concerns n complints, n implementing improvements when pproprite.
• Monitor n nlyze clinic performnce metrics, stffing nees, workflows, n other opertionl t to ientify opportnities to improve proctivity n efficiency.
• Commnicte effectively with stff, proviers, n leership regring clinic opertions, chllenges, priorities, n improvement inititives.
• Spport orgniztionl inititives n opertionl chnges cross ssigne clinic loctions.

Minimm Qlifictions
• ssocite egree in helthcre ministrtion, bsiness ministrtion, or relte fiel reqire; bchelor's egree preferre.
• Minimm of five yers of helthcre mngement experience, preferbly within gstroenterology, specilty, or mlti-site meicl prctice.
• emonstrte experience spervising clinicl n/or ministrtive helthcre stff.
• Experience working with electronic meicl recor (EMR) systems.
• Working knowlege of helthcre regltions, complince reqirements, n clinicl prctice opertions.
• Strong leership, orgniztionl, problem-solving, n ecision-mking skills.
• Excellent written n verbl commniction n interpersonl skills.
