We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehabilitation clinic in
Lemont, Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced physical therapist who is passionate about patient care, team development, operational excellence, and community engagement.
As Clinic Director, you will combine your clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to drive exceptional patient outcomes, foster a positive team culture, and support the continued growth and success of the clinic.
What You'll DoClinical Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy practices.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
Leadership Responsibilities- Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative team members.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Support business development initiatives and strengthen referral relationships within the community.
- Promote a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures.
QualificationsRequired- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current Illinois Physical Therapist license in good standing or ability to obtain.
- Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred- Previous clinic management, director, or supervisory experience.
- Experience with business development and physician relationship management.
- Board certification or advanced clinical certifications.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and performance metrics.
