ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Lead- Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
- Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
- Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
- Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
- Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
- Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement

QualificationsWhat You'll Bring to EmpowerMe- Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
- Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
- Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
- Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit
