ResponsibilitiesThe client services team supports the margin, collateral and cash management needs of the Prime Service and Clearing business line across all asset classes.Working transversally with related operations and business line teams the team animates the delivery of efficient and professional margin and cash servicing to PSC clients, external partners and internal stakeholders.The team is responsible for the following functions:Manage daily communication and resolution of client margin requirements across asset classes and currenciesCapture and effect client internal and external payment operationsCapture and effect updates and additions to client cash settlement instructions including call-back proceduresParticipate in margin related client onboarding and position transfer exercisesCapture and animate client cash balance FX conversion requestsIdentify and resolve cash breaksManage and execute account closure and offboarding requirementsManage, maintain and update client reportingEnsure SGAS complies with regulatory margin rules and industry standardsProfile requiredTechnical Skills: Excel, Word, Power point, Access Desired / Plus: Excel Marco Competencies:Knowledge of Reg T and TIMs margining requirementsKnowledge of PC Span and related margining paradigmsFamiliarity with joint audit committee margin handbook. Strong knowledge of margin rules and regulations across asset classesUnderstanding of clearing, client service, treasury, and accounting operationsStrong problem solving and decision making skillsFamiliarity with payment operations including Swift, Alert, etc.Able to measure and anticipate commercial and operational risksStrong written and verbal communication skills. Able to engage with clients and senior business partnersAdept in Microsoft excel, word and powerpointDesired/Plus: Familiarity with GMI, Murex or Shadow back office platformsQualifications:Experience Needed: 5 years minimum. Experienced candidates a plus.Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in finance related fieldLanguages: (Other than English) Desired / Plus: French, Portuguese COMPENSATION:Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
