Position Description:

We are looking for a Client Services Director to join our Industrial Commercial Energy group to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand the firm's presence within the Community Infrastructure market. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 15 or more years of industry experience, a strong professional network, and a proven ability to identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and support successful project delivery. This individual will collaborate with technical and operational teams, contribute to revenue and strategic planning initiatives, mentor staff, and represent the firm within industry organizations while fostering long-term client success and maintaining a safe working environment.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Lead strategic expansion efforts within the national data center and retail markets
  • Grow Site Development services
