Job DescriptionClient Partner - Airports Wipro invites applications for the role of Client Partner within our Airports portfolio. This role can be based in Los Angeles, Dallas, or New York City metro areas. This pivotal role centers on spearheading sales and delivering sustained growth and profitability within large-scale Airports clients.
As a Client Partner, you will own the end-to-end client relationship, combining deep industry insight with strategic foresight to foster enduring partnerships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align account plans with evolving client needs and market dynamics, playing a key role in shaping business outcomes that empower client success and mutually beneficial long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic account management and P&L by nurturing and expanding senior-level relationships across clients' business units with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability.
- Develop comprehensive account plans encompassing annual goals, risk assessments, and opportunity identification while coordinating with sales, delivery, and industry leadership.
- Drive contract renewals and newly identified business prospects through compelling value propositions, while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee delivery operations to assure high-quality service standards, leveraging global delivery teams for optimal results.
- Champion innovation by proactively representing Wipro at alliances, industry events, and forums to showcase thought leadership and cutting-edge solutions.
- Monitor financial health metrics including revenue, margins, and bookings to maintain profitability and meet organizational targets.
- Advise executive leadership on account trends, risks, and strategic adjustments to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
͏Qualifications & Experience- Minimum of 15 years of experience in selling IT portfolio services with a proven track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders including CIOs, VPs, and Directors within large enterprises.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing direct profit & loss responsibilities within the Airports industry.
- Comprehensive experience overseeing large account portfolios, driving revenue generation, margin optimization, and bookings growth consistently.
- Strong proficiency in selling complex system integration technology services across multiple domains such as cloud computing, data analytics, infrastructure, AI, and cybersecurity.
- Documented success in surpassing sales targets while fostering long-term client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Deep understanding of global delivery models and adeptness in collaborating with offshore teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional internal teams and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients.

͏͏The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000 to $280,000
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
