As a Project Engineer, you will play a key technical and coordinating role, taking the lead on design while supporting project management activities across a wide range of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, mentor engineers, and contribute directly to high-quality and innovative projects. Requirements
- Lead and perform civil engineering design on a wide variety of projects.
- Assist with project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and client coordination.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to help ensure projects remain aligned with scope, budget, schedule, and technical requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
- Apply applicable regulations, policies, codes, and industry standards to ensure compliance with regulatory and project requirements.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop practical, efficient, and high-quality engineering solutions.
- Review engineering designs, calculations, plans, and technical documents for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, surveyors, etc.
Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Registered Civil Engineer (PE) in the State of Idaho.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation).
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and design techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary Description
$95,000 - $130,000 / year
