DWF (formerly Whitelaw Twining), is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our Vancouver office. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters, gain meaningful advocacy experience, and develop your practice alongside experienced litigators committed to mentorship and professional growth.  Whether your background is in insurance defence or another area of civil litigation, we welcome candidates looking to build a rewarding litigation career in a collaborative and supportive environment.  Responsibilities
  • Work on complex insurance defence and civil litigation matters. Experience in handling claims for private insurers (property & bodily injury) is an asset.
  • Participate in examinations for discovery, mediations, court appearances, and trials. 
  • Develop litigation strategy, manage client relationships, and take on increasing file responsibility. 
  • Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced litigators.

Compensation  Ranging from $143,000 - $175,000 depending upon year of call and experience.
