Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• 10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years in project leadership
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor goals, implementing a vision for the team as part of the annual business plan
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, technical requirements, and budget
• Lead and mentor colleagues on transportation projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Assist in determining staffing needs and contribute to staff recruitment and retention
• Ensure compliance with internal Quality Control processes
