Full Job Description
Title:
CI Team Lead

This is a contingent position based upon contract award

KBR is seeking a highly qualified candidate to act as Team Lead for a team supporting the Chief Information Office (CIO) at a government customer in the Northern Virginia area by assisting in the engineering and management of information technology (IT) efforts supporting Counterintelligence (CI) missions. The CI Team Lead will work with the customers to understand their mission and any changes to mission to ensure effective support. They will lead and manage a team of contractors / subcontractors, directing their efforts and overseeing the associated contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts. They will monitor progress and brief leadership on program status and milestones while acting as the primary point of contact with the government customer on technical execution and project issues.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage, plan and direct the execution of the contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts of the team.
  • Brief leadership on program progress, status, and achievement of milestones.
  • Be the primary interface customer(s) on technical and project issues.Able to supervise, manage, support, and evaluate personnel


Required Qualifications:
  • CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance
  • Requires 4 O years of experience managing projects providing project enterprise Information Technology (IT) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and IT enhancement projects.
  • Experience providing technical support materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, and executive briefings.
  • Required Education / Relevant Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experience
  • High school or High School Equivalency Diploma and 12 years of experience


Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes as it relates to counterintelligence and security missions


Basic Compensation:

$156,500 - $191,200 (This range is for Washington DC Metro Area Only).

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
