Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an exceptional technologist to serve as a high-impact technical partner within the Founder. This role is designed for a rare hybrid: a sophisticated engineer with the intellectual pedigree of a top-tier institution and the emotional intelligence to navigate a high-stakes, private environment.
You will provide direct, bespoke technical strategy and support to the firm’s founder, moving seamlessly between complex systems engineering and high-touch personal consultation.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Direct Impact:Serve as the primary technical architect for the founder’s personal and professional digital ecosystem.
- Elite Collaboration:Partner with world-class engineers on large-scale systems and proprietary information security projects.
- Innovation Lab:Research, stress-test, and deploy emerging tech, from GenAI workflows to advanced cybersecurity frameworks.
- Broad Scope:Balance custom software development (Python, C#) with high-level systems administration and troubleshooting.
WHO YOU ARE
- Intellectually Rigorous:You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline from a top-tier university and possess up to six years of "gold-standard" experience.
- Socially Gifted:You translate complex technical concepts into elegant solutions with the poise and discretion required for a family office environment.
- Technically Versatile:You are equally comfortable writing automation scripts, hardening endpoints against sophisticated threats, or configuring bespoke hardware.
- Resourceful Polymath:You thrive on ambiguity and use first-principles thinking to solve problems that don't have a manual.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Coding & Automation:Proficiency in Python, C#, or PowerShell to build custom tools and streamline workflows.
- Systems Mastery:Deep fluency in Windows/UNIX environments and modern infrastructure.
- Security Mindset:A proactive interest in threat detection, vulnerability management, and digital privacy.
- Future-Forward:Experience (or a deep curiosity) in leveraging Generative AI to accelerate development and productivity.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States legally.
