Responsible for design, development, implementation, integration, and analysis of technical products and systems.Performs engineering design and requirements evaluations.
Oversees the full systems engineering process for all hardware and software.
Maximize efforts to support Commercial Off the Shelf Solutions (COTS).Most efforts will be executed via user needs/requirements assessments and entry of an approved capability/product at Milestone C or beyond.
At a high level of expertise this position provides expert judgment and analysis for the design, development and implementation of technical products and systems.Resolves highly complex technical issues and conducts advanced research.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Performs a variety of complicated tasks.Leads and directs the work of others.Leads the review process for technical design documents.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree and 10+ years Systems Engineer or Solutions Architect experience in DoD environment
ITIL certification
Advanced Windows, Cisco or VMWare certifications
Secret Clearance
Ability to coordinate engineering, procurement, program management, configuration, test and cybersecurity support
