  • Drive commercial placement innovation in partnership with the VP of AI Talent Placement, establishing scalable B2B talent integration models with leading employers.
  • Design, test, and execute rigorous trials, pilots, and experimental initiatives to pioneer new strategic pathways-defining market-entry criteria, ground-level success requirements, and target staffing models for launching commercial products, establishing new partnerships and entry into new geographic markets.
  • Lead a team of several direct reports who will support with analysis and execution of strategic roadmap.
