- Improved NRR and reduced churn through higher-impact product enhancements and stronger onboarding.
- A scalable, accountable product organization with clear roles and decision ownership.
- Faster innovation, shorter development cycles, and greater experimentation velocity.
- Reduced customer time-to-value, supporting shorter sales cycles and higher win rates.
- A more stable platform capable of supporting high-volume corporate customers.
- Differentiated, difficult-to-replicate capabilities that increase customer retention and competitive advantage.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.
- The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of product management experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership within B2B SaaS, and demonstrated experience scaling a software business from approximately $10M to $50M+ ARR. The candidate should combine product leadership, technical literacy, financial acumen, commercial orientation, and experience with complex, multinational B2B sales environments.
- The CPO must be capable of transitioning from hands-on product execution to leading managers and building the product operating system, with strong focus on revenue, retention, strategic prioritization, and executive customer relationships. Most importantly, the CPO must help TAI move beyond its approximately $15M stage toward a standardized, scalable software product business, while avoiding excessive customization driven by services engagements.
