You will lead a global team of senior product managers and regional product leaders responsible for software products and experiences that accelerate strategic business growth.
Through influence, technical expertise, and strong business leadership, you will drive alignment across a global matrix organization, strengthen product management capabilities, and ensure product teams are focused on delivering measurable commercial and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
Define and execute the multi-year vision and roadmap for software-based in-cabin experiences, including audio, personalization, AI, and immersive media.
Drive adoption of software-defined vehicle architectures and scalable edge-to-cloud platforms.
Identify emerging market opportunities and influence OEM product strategies.
Establish and continuously improve product management processes, tools, and governance.
Product & Technology Leadership
Define software platforms and experiences that support both branded and OEM solutions.
Lead product strategy across cloud, embedded systems, AI/ML, vehicle networking, and connected services.
Ensure alignment between technology investments, customer needs, and business objectives.
Partner across HARMAN to identify new technology and business opportunities.
Commercialization & Growth
Own portfolio revenue, profitability, and contribution to annual business objectives.
Define global go-to-market, pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.

What You Need
15+ years of product management leadership experience, including ownership of complex global portfolios.

Experience in automotive, mobility, or related technology industries.
