We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to the Chairman to serve as a trusted strategic partner and executive leader. This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the Chairman, driving strategic initiatives, accelerating execution, and creating enterprise-wide alignment across a dynamic and diversified portfolio of companies.

About the Role

The Chief of Staff functions as the Chairman's force multiplier, ensuring vision, priorities, and strategic objectives are translated into action with precision, accountability, and speed.

This high-impact leadership role requires an individual who thrives in complexity, excels in high-stakes environments, and can navigate seamlessly between strategic planning and operational execution. You will serve as the critical link between ambition and results, leading transformational initiatives, resolving execution challenges, and driving enterprise-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Implementation & Operational Leadership
  • Execute and oversee the Chairman's highest-priority initiatives across businesses, investments, and strategic projects.
  • Translate complex ideas and strategic directives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes and clear accountability.
  • Drive execution excellence by maintaining momentum, removing barriers, and ensuring consistent progress toward objectives.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Enterprise Execution
  • Foster alignment across portfolio companies and leadership teams to ensure coordinated execution of strategic goals.
  • Monitor critical enterprise initiatives and proactively identify risks, obstacles, and opportunities.
  • Create transparency around performance, progress, and results while reinforcing a culture of accountability.

High-Stakes Projects & Crisis Leadership

What We're Looking For

Experience
  • 10 to 15+ years of experience in high-consequence environments such as:
    • Private Equity
    • Top-tier Consulting
    • Investment Banking
    • Military Leadership
    • Executive Operating Roles within high-growth organizations
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous, and mission-critical environments.
  • Experience advising or reporting directly to senior executives and influencing decisions at the highest levels.
  • Previous experience as Chief of Staff, COO, General Manager, or comparable executive leadership role is highly preferred.
