The objective of this position is to drive innovation at the process level within CM; will closely interact with all aspects of CM's R&I's organization and frequently with Operations and New Business Development.
The Global Marketing Manager is ultimately responsible for developing a strong pipeline of growth programs within the Automotive sector to eventually generate leads for the Sales or Business Development organization.
Identify, recommend and/or acquire innovations and new technologies which are strategic for the business; generate customer and end-user insights and translate into new product development and financial opportunity assessment.
Design and implement capital projects: design process system, develop process flow diagram, develop piping and instrumentation diagram, write equipment and control specifications, perform material and energy balances.

The position leads process engineering activities to conduct continuous improvement activities, resolve chronic multi-site manufacturing issues, introduce new products or re-site existing products, and support new capital investments within the business unit.
Reviews product specifications, physical, mechanical and analytical methods for feasibility and capability and distributes product quality specifications for new and existing products prior to their implementation to Production, and establish and update test methods used by plant personnel to assure products meet specifications.
Coordinate the activities related to the identification, monitoring and control of key process parameters; interact with unit operators for troubleshooting and as needed to accomplish safe production goals.
