Role OverviewThe Chief of Staff to the COO is a high-impact role at the center of how RZR executes on its most critical priorities. You will serve as a trusted partner to the COO, acting as an extension of senior leadership to ensure that strategic direction translates into clear plans, defined ownership, and measurable outcomes.
You will work across every function - Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Finance, and People Ops - to remove friction, surface risks early, and keep the organization focused on its highest-leverage work. This is not a coordination role. You will own initiatives end-to-end, step in directly when execution stalls, and be expected to drive outcomes without needing authority to do so.
The ideal candidate is a strong operator and analytical thinker who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with precision, and brings relentless follow-through to everything they touch.
