You'll work directly alongside the executive team to build the culture, structure, and talent engine that allows InterDent to become the employer of choice across every market we serve.

  • Total Rewards - Develop and continuously refine competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs that attract and retain top performers.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance - Maintain a proactive, best-practice ER environment that protects employees and the organization while keeping the business moving.
  • Organizational Design - Conduct regular assessments of structure, roles, and processes - and act on what you find.
  • HR Operations & Analytics - Establish KPIs, measure what matters, and use data to drive continuous improvement across all HR functions.
  • Executive Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-Suite on workforce decisions, organizational changes, and people-related risk.
