Chief Estimator

Location: Rockledge, FL 32955
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Estimator to lead our estimating department in Rockledge, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the estimating process, ensuring accurate and competitive bids, and collaborating closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. This leadership role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of construction costs and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the estimating team to prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analyses.
